Most of us will face a dehydration problem during Ramadan, such a problem can affect our ability to function well and think clearly and can cause fatigue to our bodies and skin, here is my advise for your skincare during Ramadan.
Besides the obvious healthy habits like drinking eight glasses of water and eating a healthy amount and type of food, you can add extra hydration boost to your skin and give it a kick of glow before Eid, and this boost can be achieved with our famous Estelite treatment: A wonderful session mainly containing hyaluronic acid; to hydrate your skin, stimulate collagen and elastin, and add an extra glow and eclat effect to your skin during Ramadan.

ROUTINE, ROUTINE, ROUTINE!
Because of the changes in daily routine during Ramadan, I frequently get the question; how to avoid skin issues during Ramadan?
Well first of all you have to drink water at regular intervals after iftar to avoid dehydration, wash your face twice daily with a gel face wash if you have oily skin or milky one if your skin is usually dry, use a good moisturizer twice daily all over the face such as (Avene Hydrance Aqua Gel) and also on your body such as (Excipial hydrolotion), and don’t forget to apply sunscreen every three hours( Nimue SPF 50 or la Roche posay anthelios SPF 50).
Moreover, your skin condition is also affected by the food you eat so you have to avoid all saturated fat and carbohydrates an especially processed food, this can decrease skin oil production and thus leads to more acne, try to avoid sugar as well because it can accelerate aging.
