What to expect

  • Threads are a unique technique that stimulates collagen production in treated areas. I am aware that after treatment face and neck contour can instantly be generated with a much more youthful complexion by a self-induced structure in a deeper layer of skin.
  • Threads give an instant and long-lasting results. Needling induce wound healing effects like Angiogenesis and fibroblast stimulation
  • Collagen induction improving skin tone and radiance also tightening pores by new tissue formation Promotion of local blood microcirculation
  • Activation of the reparative process
  • There are some risks related to the procedure, as with any aesthetic procedure. Complications of threads are rare and usually self- limiting, but include the following:
    1. Discomfort:Slight tightening sensation as new collagen is produced and around the threads. This may last for 2 weeks.
    2. Bruising:Occasionally the needle may puncture a small blood vessel resulting in a bruise swelling and redness, This may result after the procedure due to injection with needle scarring.
    3. Scarring:May result from multiple injections, but this is very unlikely
    4. Allergic reactions:Although exceedingly rare, the possibility of an allergic reaction infection. Since threads procedure involves injections; there is a theoretical risk of developing an infection at the injection site. This is also exceedingly rare.
    5. Discoloration: Transient or permanent skin pigmentation changes can sometimes occur at the injection sites
